Ann & Merivi at Dulwich Picture Gallery

A couple of weeks ago I had the absolute pleasure of being Ann & Marivi’s wedding photographer at Dulwich Picture Gallery. It is the world’s first purpose-built public art gallery. And was founded in 1811 when Sir Francis Bourgeois RA bequeathed his collection of old masters “for the inspection of the public”.

It was a gloriously sunny day. This allowed their guests to enjoy the wonderful grounds at the gallery. Marivi is Spanish. And all of her family made the trip for the wedding. So, the British weather treated them very, well all things considered.

It wasn’t my first wedding ceremony for two different nationalities. But my first wedding with an interpreter for the ceremony. So all of the Spanish guests knew exactly what was being said during Ann & Marivi’s beautiful exchange of vows during the wedding ceremony.

Ann & Marivi are truly a beautiful couple. Anyone that is part of their lives can see how much they mean to each other. And how much laughter there is around them. It’s clear from the photographs just how much love is shared.
